Window clings are a great fine-motor skill that encourages using pincer grasp as well as determining correct orientation when re-applying the clings to the window (no one wants an upside-down bunny!)
Toddlers enjoy putting them on and off. Preschoolers and elementary students could be encouraged to make up a story about the characters in the clings and "perform" it for an audience of parents and siblings, or even stuffed animals.
You can get great deals on them after the holiday is over....If they ever start wrinkling and don't stick just wash them with dishsoap and water, I've found! My Grandmommy sent me these when I was in college, so they are old school. :)
