Real pumpkin--we learned the sign for pumpkin (make a fist with left hand, flick top of left fist with middle finger of right hand like you are thumping a pumpkin)

Two stuffed pumpkins in different sizes (large and small--practicing adjectives and comparison of sizes)

Empty, washed can of pumpkin puree and four round wooden discs to put in and out of can (fine motor and counting)
