Light spinning wheel

We used two paper plates, a brad, and the watercolor crayons for this project.
I cut one of the paper plates in half and helped Q color one side black and then the other side yellow. Cutting the plate in half was easier because I knew she wouldn't understand to just get the black on one half.....Older kids might be able to complete it if you just draw a line down the diameter to indicate where the colors go.
I then taped the sides back together, poked a whole in the middle of both plates with the scissor tip, cut a little window in the plain plate and attached the brad. We wrote "God Made Light" and then had fun spinning the wheel to make light and dark.
We are keeping all the creation projects together on one shelf and revisit them each day!
